We'll start at your base level and build from there, giving you the tools and insights to change your mindset, boost your emotional well-being, and start experiencing life in a way that feels more aligned, empowered, and true to you.
Let’s Work Together to Make a Shift
1:1 Coaching Includes
Initial Deep-Dive Session (60–90 minutes): We’ll start with a longer conversation to explore what’s on your mind, what you’re hoping to shift, and how coaching can support you.

Ongoing Weekly Sessions (45 minutes): Most clients begin with weekly calls (via phone or video). As you make progress, we can move to biweekly sessions if that feels right.
​
​Session Recaps + Action Steps: After each session, you’ll receive a summary of what we covered, along with any insights or action items to keep you moving forward.
​
​Support Between Sessions: You’ll have limited email access to me between sessions—perfect for those moments when you need a quick check-in or encouragement.
